WARREN NORDIC Warren, CT
Light renovations and decoration of a contemporary home above Lake Waramaug
Our Warren Nordic project focused on the decoration of a country interior in the hills of Litchfield County. Rather than making structural alterations, the design responded to the existing 80’s modern contemporary house, with updated furniture, textiles, and lighting. Inspired by Scandinavian design principles, we kept the palette light, and the layout minimalist. By emphasizing simplicity, a simple palette of natural materials and colorful upholstery, we added character to an otherwise austere space for practical, everyday livability.
